Our clients, a newly established Independent Property Development company, purchased a redundant piece of land at Auction.

The plot was very small and the end of the garden fell away dramatically. This meant piled foundations were required and a design that would fit perfectly whilst using every inch available.

Bespoke really was the only route with this project.
